Monthly Dues Deductions

If you are in receipt of a pension under the Public Service Superannuation Act or the Canadian Forces Supernnuation Act, you can have your FSNA membership payments deducted fromyour monthly pension cheque. (This method of payment is not appicable to persons who receive RCMP survivor allowances, judges' pensions and survivor allowances, or to associate members.)

The Dues Deduction option is highly recommended. It is entirely voluntary and can be cancelled at your option ...just us notification. For your convenience, we suggest that you select the MONTHLY payment option on the membership form. We will mail you a Public Works and Government Services Canada authorisation form.
