Mass E-Mailing List(s)

We've upgraded our mass emailing software and updated our mailing lists based on the National Membership System of the FSNA.

Please note that the FSNA respects the privacy of its members. The personal information you provide us, is used only for the stated purposes as contained in the FSNA's letters patent and in accordance with the applicable laws. In no way will we provide your personal information to third parties.

Our members may now subscribe directly to the mailing list and unsubscribe if they so wish. This new feature prevents the unauthorized use of your personal email address. In addition, new authentication codes have been introduced to verify the identity of subscribers.

Also, we intend to introduce additional technological improvements that will provide our members with added flexibility, for example: a choice of specialized mailing lists based on individual interest and the type of information one wishes to receive.

If you are interested in receiving regular emails from your Association, we will appreciate receiving your email address and related information. In addition to receiving periodically information about your Association's programs and activities, you will help keep administration costs down.

Please ensure that your email application and the anti-virus/anti-spam control applications do not intercept or block emails from the following address: itcom2@fsnaottawa.com. Emails sent from a mass emailing system can possibly be rejected by your computer or by your Internet Services Provider.

Be aware that if your email address and related information are already recorded in the database, you may receive a notice to that effect. If you wish to use a different email address: we suggest that you first unsubscribe with the 'old' email address, and subscribe with the new.To make a change to your home address and to other relevant information: follow this link.

Should you decide to unsubscribe from our list, we would be grateful if you would let us know why. This would allow us to make any necessary change.
